Ten strangers are lured onto a remote island. The one thing they have in common is a sordid past; a past they want to keep hidden. However, their secret is revealed in an abrupt and unpleasant way, leaving each to confess or deny the accusations against. Unfortunately, telling the truth or lying does them no good as a mysterious person has determined their life to be payment for their crime. One by one they begin to die in accordance to a sinister nursery rhyme. Will they be able to figure out who is killing them or will they all meet an untimely death.
Justice Lawrence Wargrave – a judge who believes in upholding the law
Philip Lombard – former military man who deserted his post
General John MacArthur – a tired and lonely retired general
Doctor William Armstrong – a well respected doctor
William Blore – a selfish man
Anthony “Tony” Marston – a young socialite who only cares for the thrill
Thomas Rogers – the butler (there is always a butler); married to Ethel
Ethel Rogers – the maid; married to Thomas
Emily Brent – very religious older woman
Vera Claythorne – a younger woman; a former nanny
If you are interested in auditioning, here are the requirements and information concerning it.
When: February 27, 2019
Time: 5:30-9:00 pm
Age: 14 and older. Please know there are not any parts for those younger than 14. The play has ten parts. With such a small cast, I might look into double casting some parts depending on the turnout.
Come prepared with a 1-2 minute monologue. When looking for a monologue look for something which will show your acting range.
Are by invitation only. They will be on Saturday, March 2, 2019. They will be from 12-4 PM.
Tech Week and Performances will be end of April (Apr. 23) to May (May 3) is where we anticipate them occurring
